
Marcia Dalton is a highly motivated community health worker with extensive experience in case management, client advocacy and crisis intervention. She has worked with Sinai Health Systems in Chicago, where she provided preventive screenings, education and outreach to vulnerable populations, while also advocating for clients by connecting them with essential social services. Dalton has also served as a long-standing community outreach volunteer with New Life Covenant Church, coordinating events, distributing resources and supporting families in need.
With skills in resource coordination, client assistance referrals and community engagement, Dalton is passionate about connecting underserved populations with the care and support they deserve. She brings more than a decade of experience in building partnerships, providing crisis support and facilitating community programs that promote wellness and resilience.
At Youth Empowerment Day, Dalton led the “Coping Kits” workshop, where she guided youth in building personal toolkits to manage stress and navigate challenges in school and life. Her hands-on approach reflects her belief in preparing young people with practical strategies they can carry forward and share with others.
